Lynn Myers

Principal Designer

Interior Design and Decoration Breckenridge

Principal designer, Lynn Myers graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago and has worked for several prominent interior design firms over the last decade before launching Harmony Interiors in 2005.

During her 30 year career as an International Flight Attendant, Lynn was fortunate enough to be able to study the history of furniture and architecture in design school while at the same time, being able to explore that same history in reality through her travels to countries throughout Europe and Asia. Inspired by the Asian culture, Lynn can now add to her long list of qualifications the study and practice of  "Interior Alignment," which is an intuitive approach to "Feng Shui" bringing together the best of the "mystical traditions" of the East and the "practical methods" of the West.

She credits her experiences with the development of her own personal design philosophy: "To design a space that enhances human lives, you need to focus on a range of details including color, personality, culture, furniture placement and scale which will help transform a person's personal environment creating harmony, balance and a natural flow of energy through the space."

Nikki Colao

Interior Designer

Mountain Home Interior Design

Nikki graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Park University in 2009 and worked in a custom furniture showroom for several years before joining Harmony Interiors in 2015.

Inspired by her grandmother’s love of antique furnishings, Nikki’s passion for interiors grew from simply admiring the beauty of individual pieces to appreciating and embracing the capabilities of a well-designed space.  While working on projects, her focus remains largely on the functionality of the space and how it will improve the lives of the homeowners.    Her work, along with close client relationships, has helped to develop her design philosophy: “For a home to be successful, the objects in it must communicate with one another, respond and balance one another.”

When not concentrating on interior spaces, Nikki takes advantage of living in the Colorado by hiking, camping, and exploring the majestic beauty of the Rocky Mountains with her boyfriend, Tyler and their 3 rescue dogs.
